Developing a parked domain means basically changing the lander from a page of links which is penalized by search engines and turning it into an informative and interesting asset for visitors and search engines, and ultimately the domain owner.

If your domain is accepted, your Basic Package will include Research, Development and Hosting. There are Optional add-ons which may provide added value to the development of the domain but are to be considered on a per domain basis. Once the domain is developed, you own the content and may take it with you, or let is reside on our servers and take advantage of our FREE hosting features. You can even choose to grow your site over time by making use of our Content Development package (on request), and we will help tweak as required to maximize your returns. Payment for the basic package is done through paypal and paid in full prior to development.

• If the client already has a hosting solution, then the site will be compressed (zipped) and emailed to the domain owner, or if FTP information is provided, then the site will be installed on the client's server, if desired
• Domain / hosting configuration and optimization (sitemaps and other details and basic requirements)
• Alignment with Search Engine Webmaster accounts, and Adsense and Analytics accounts. This is absolutely manditory to fully and correctly develop the domain. If no Google accounts exist for this domain, then moving forward with this portion of the development process requires that the client sign legal authorization for the specific account(s) to be created as per the Google Account Policies, section 13. Some information such as bank account and tax numbers may be made required to complete the application process
• If the client already has Google Analytics and/or Adsense accounts, then we are happy to access the account and configure on your behalf, or the client may open the account on their own and control every aspect of the entire Google integration

Adding onto the 4,000 words provided in the basic package

• To build upon the basic package and offer visitors and Google new and fresh SEO content, we offer a content writing service in batches of 1,000 words
• Content service offered is fully scalable to supply as much professionally written SEO content as you require. Content orders exceeding 100,000 words mandates a consultation online or by phone.
• You determine the frequency and number of words added

• To elevate the value of your domain, create brand awareness for the domain or to take the project beyond domain development, then we offer logo / branding development
• Graphic design can be as simple as a logo and extend to custom full resolution artwork for web and print, t-shirts, or any other application as required.

OPTIONAL: RSS Feed Integration

Content Research

• We will source topical content to include in the feed, based on initial domain research. All feeds include only original content found within the feed (including copyright info if part of the feed, but minus images) and will be linked directly to the content creator.
• Some domains may benefit from the addition of integrated RSS feeds, which offer not only a value add feature to the surfing experience, but also present the opportunity to generate search engine traffic. The counterbalance to adding RSS feeds is that they bring with them the potential for losing traffic to the feed source, and as such, including this option must be mitigated against this downside.

OPTIONAL: Affiliates

Affiliate and Industry Research

• We will work with the client to develop an affiliate program. It should be noted that CPA revenues have a lower CTR and may dilute the PPC potential, however there are many high profile developed domains which offer affiliate-integrated content.
• Some affiliates offer creative solutions to generate higher CTR, including turn-key product feeds which may be appropriate, depending on the domain.

Affiliate Development

• Once affiliate accounts have been established, banner ads will be integrated into the page as required. Due Dilligence demands that the client submit account information in order to establish affiliate accounts. Please note that the success of the affiliate account creation is based soley on the information provided by the client, and may include certain bank account information.
